One Lamb is still available to be reserved by the buyer in 2024 by deposit of $100.00 on estimated weight. We make arrangements for harvest and processing according to the age of the lamb desired by the buyer. Fees are paid to the farm are according to hanging weight at $7.00 per lb. Costs for processing and packaging are paid directly to the meat processor*. The meat processor delivers the cut and packaged meat locally, directly to the buyer.
*Meat processing by the butcher and local cut and packing in Spring 2024 has been $180.00 which includes slaughter, cuts according to desire, packaging to be picked up in Port Angeles, WA, but it subject to change.
